I think before the SEC & CFTC start lobbing lawsuits, they should duke it between them as to what's a security and what's not.

How can the SEC sue Kraken because $ETH is a "security" and the CFTC sue Binance because $ETH is a "commodity"?

~4 Bln people living under authoritarian regimes
~315 Mln living under hyperinflation (>50% pa)
~182 Mln in Africa forced to use the CFA franc

Now bank deposits are a high risk asset class it's only useful to everyone
